Altafan FFU EC is applicable to all grades of dust-free workshops and is convenient for centralized control of overall operation. FFU is applicable to the semiconductor, electronics, flat panel display, optical, biological industries and other places where there are strict control requirements for air pollution. The low height can save air chamber space during system design. The lightweight structural design can meet the installation requirements of Grid systems from various manufacturers. Moreover, the structural dimensions of the FFU can be modified according to the Grid system.

Utilizing ultra-fine glass fiber or PTFE filter media, it guarantees a stable and reliable ultra-clean environment of ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or superior, which is critical for industries with stringent cleanliness requirements such as semiconductor microelectronics, biopharmaceuticals, and optical manufacturing.

Powered by a high-performance AC motor, known for its mature technology, robust power output, and operational stability. The unit achieves a maximum total static pressure of up to 250Pa, enabling it to effectively overcome the cumulative resistance from downstream HEPA/ULPA filters and ductwork pressure losses. This ensures consistent rated airflow under complex working conditions, maintaining uniform air distribution and stable airflow patterns within the cleanroom to safeguard production process continuity.
